This means that your order is shipped from our global suppliers - usually overseas. Unfortunately our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in other  countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)


Q:  Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes. Our warehouses are mainly located in Asia, so please read delivery estimation time below.

Q:  How long does shipping take?

We will send your order in 2-5 business days. 
It's the time needed by our fulfillment warehouse to pack your goods and and have it shipped.

Then, you will receive your order in :

- US  : 3 to 4 weeks.
- International : 3 to 8 weeks.

Due to high number of orders, shipping can be delayed by a week.


US Customers: If your item is not delivered in 61 days, you will be totally refund or the article will be reshipped. (Your choice)

International: If your item is not delivered in 91 days, you will be totally refund or the article will be reshipped. (Your choice)

Q: I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have a few warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place,  when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately.
So you'll probably receive one item before the next.
Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you.


Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL Security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Simply find the product you'd want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: I've picked a wrong size/color! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it.

However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
